After successful Cognos TM1 planning system implementation, our client, a global leader in energy and automation decided to extend the project to Sales Performance Management.
Due to diverse activities in the first phase, the project will entail a division of systems for the power industry. Parallelly, system of planning and budgeting will also be developed. In particular, in the area of analysis and reporting of progress in budget implementation, as well as in monitoring, and explaining the resulting deviations.
